The Role

We're seeking an ambitious Junior Product Designer to join our growing Design Practice and contribute to our ambitious vision of building the world’s first Growth Co-Pilot.

You’ll work closely with Product Managers, Engineers and key Stakeholders throughout the entire design lifecycle - from user research, problem framing and concept ideation to detailed wireframing and polished high-fidelity designs.

As an essential member of a cross-functional team, you'll have the opportunity to influence design from discovery to execution. Additionally, in our dynamic startup environment, you'll occasionally support our Brand, Marketing, and Sales teams by developing brand assets, campaign collateral, and new business presentations.

Experience Required

• 0-2 years of experience as a UX/UI or Product Designer.
• Experience working end-to-end in the design process, employing various methodologies (personas, user journeys, empathy mapping, wireframing, prototyping).
• Experience collaborating directly with engineers to deliver thoughtfully designed products with comprehensive specifications.
• Ability and confidence to assist in planning and conducting quantitative and qualitative research to inform and validate design solutions.
• Familiarity with creating or contributing to design systems or pattern libraries.
• Solid visual design skills. Branding experience is a plus.

Qualifications & Skills

• Proficiency in Figma, adept in crafting wireframes, prototypes, and detailed high-fidelity designs.
• Experience with AI tools, particularly Claude Code, is a plus.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills, capable of effectively conveying complex concepts to diverse stakeholders.
• Innate curiosity with a desire to deeply understand customer problems. ****A proactive collaborator who can actively seek and integrate feedback from Product Managers, Engineers, Data Scientists and Marketing Experts.
• Commercial awareness and the flexibility to balance comprehensive process with the need for speed and agility.
• A solid portfolio with 2-3 projects that demonstrate strategic product thinking and successful execution of digital product designs.
