About this role
As the Senior Product Owner, you are responsible for the design and delivery of initiatives that will enhance the customer experience, deliver on commercial objectives, improve operating efficiency and reduce operating costs across the business.
You will be empowered to drive continuous improvement across your product area and be responsible for the vision and realisation of the future state customer experience. You will achieve this through implementing technology; adopting contemporary and innovative, best in industry processes; and establishing new, agile ways of operating.
About you
To be successful in this role, you need 3+ years experience in the product management space with in depth experience in agile development methodologies.
You are an advocate for a product-based mindset, customer centricity, using data-driven insights and collaborating with others and have a proven delivery track record.
