Sales Manager South East Asia

Your mission

• Drive profitable growth and achieve sales targets across the Southeast Asia region.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with distributors, key accounts, roasters, and strategic partners.
• Identify new business opportunities and expand HEMRO Group's market presence.
• Act as the trusted advisor and primary contact for customers throughout the entire sales cycle.
• Develop and implement regional sales and marketing strategies.
• Lead product launches and support market development initiatives.
• Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams across the HEMRO Group.
• Deliver product presentations and training sessions for customers and partners.
• Analyze market trends and competitive developments to identify growth opportunities.
• Represent HEMRO Group at trade fairs, customer events, and industry meetings.
• Foster long-term partnerships and ensure exceptional customer satisfaction.

Your profile

• Several years of experience in B2B sales, business development, or key account management, ideally within the coffee equipment, foodservice, or industrial sector.
• Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving business growth.
• Strong understanding of distribution channels and customer relationship management.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
• Entrepreneurial mindset with a proactive and results-oriented approach.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a dynamic international environment.
• Strong intercultural competence and willingness to travel extensively within Southeast Asia.
• Experience working in a matrix organization and collaborating with cross-functional teams is an advantage.
• Proficiency in English; additional Asian languages are considered a plus.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM systems.
