MINI Sales Area Manager

Key Responsibilities
- Lead MINI sales performance across assigned East Asia markets, with accountability for wholesale, retail, profitability, and cost targets.
- Steer dealer and market performance through business planning, KPI management, pricing discipline, and customer-focused execution.
- Drive sales programs and commercial initiatives in close collaboration with finance, sales planning, and market stakeholders.
- Lead product launches, retail campaigns, and market activities with cross-functional teams.
- Monitor compliance with BMW Group standards while acting as a strong business partner to dealers and internal teams.
- Support sustainable growth by identifying opportunities to strengthen performance, profitability, and customer satisfaction.
Requirements
- Degree in Business, Engineering, Marketing, Communications, Management, or a related discipline, or equivalent practical experience
- Approximately 3–5 years of relevant experience in sales, marketing, digital, or regional business steering roles
- Strong planning, analytical, and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across diverse regional stakeholders
- Commercially driven, proactive, and adaptable, with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
- Prior experience in the automotive industry is an advantage
