Fasset's Own Network is a unified interoperable infrastructure layer connecting banks, telcos, payment service providers, remittance companies, liquidity venues, wallets, on/off ramps, compliance infrastructure, and tokenized asset endpoints into a programmable financial network.

Today, it supports stablecoin-powered settlement, multi-currency banking rails, tokenized asset distribution, programmable treasury movement, stablecoin–fiat infrastructure, cross-border remittance, and card/wallet infrastructure across 125+ countries.

About the role:

  • Work closely with Marketing team to produce new ideas for creative campaigns, promotional campaigns and any other marketing communications.
  • Developing creative content & managing social media campaigns from concepting, creating brief, up to publishing. Create Key Opinion Leader Campaigns to increase brand preference.
  • Monitoring social media performance & providing analysis report for improvements and/or experiments.
  • Working closely with Design team to create engaging visual design.
  • Working closely with Content team/Agencies to create promotional video content.
  • Liaising with internal and cross-department team related to assigned projects when needed
  • Staying up to date with the latest social media best practices and technologies.
  • Continue to improve and optimize all creative deliverables based on past learnings, as well as to create best practices as golden standard of creative executions for all visuals, from in-app assets to social media.
  • Ensure all projects are on track in terms of deliverables - quantity and quality.
  • Work cooperatively with other business owners to ensure clear brief and deliver quality.
  • Evaluate trends, assess new data and keep up-to-date with the latest marketing.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in literature, journalism, marketing, communications, or similar.
  • A minimum of 4-6 years of experience in content creation, marketing, communications, or similar.
  • A portfolio of published work.
  • Strong copywriting and storytelling skills, Strong communication outlining plans and ideas, in written and verbal format. Excellent in Indonesian & English (written and speaking)
  • Excellent computer skills with creative management platforms, MS Office and Google Suite.
  • Great project management and copywriting skills.
  • Up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in social media channels such as Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, and TikTok.
  • Familiar with using Google Sheets, Google Analytics, and analytics from each social media platform
  • Strong project management and organizational skills with the ability to multi-task and meet tight deadline
  • Ability to work with cross-functional teams and handle multiple projects in a fast-paced environment
  • Exceptional attention to detail with desire to innovate and to go above and beyond in pursuit of excellence.
  • Self-starter who is a customer-obsessed, detail-oriented, and enthusiastic team player
  • Experienced in working in major ecommerce/ tech start-up company is a plus
