About the Role
Join the eCommerce team at Radisson Hotel Group and gain hands on exposure directly on improving Brand.com performance, digital conversions, and revenue growth across 150+ hotels in South Asia. This is a hands-on, high-impact role focused on analytics, execution, and real business outcomes — not just marketing theory.
What You’ll intern On
- Analyse hotel website performance and identify conversion improvement opportunities
- Support campaigns, upsell initiatives, and direct booking growth projects
- Audit digital touchpoints (website, Google, TripAdvisor, etc.)
- Track key metrics like:
- conversion rate
- direct bookings
- upsell performance
- Prepare weekly performance reports and insights
- Work closely with hotels, marketing teams, and global stakeholders
- Support execution of real revenue-driving initiatives
What We’re Looking For
Must-have
- Strong analytical thinking (comfortable with numbers & basic metrics)
- Interest in eCommerce, digital marketing, or analytics
- Basic Excel / Google Sheets skills
- Ability to structure problems and prioritise actions
Good to have
- Exposure to Google Analytics / Ads / SEO
- Understanding of conversion funnels or performance marketing
