What You’ll Do:
- Organize, file, and maintain HR documents and records in both digital and physical formats.
- Update HR databases, trackers, and employee information while ensuring data accuracy and completeness.
- Monitor and follow up on required employee documents and assist in data consolidation for reports.
- Create and format HR communication materials, posters, and engagement content using approved templates.
- Provide administrative support for HR activities, meetings, orientations, and learning sessions.
- Assist with scheduling, attendance tracking, documentation, and logistical coordination for HR programs and events.
- Support HR projects through research, clerical tasks, and participation in learning opportunities to gain exposure to HR practices and business partnering.
What Makes You a Great Fit:
- Currently pursuing a Bachelor's Degree in Psychology, Human Resource Management, Business Administration, Organizational Development, Communication, or any related field.
- School projects, student organization involvement, or administrative experience is an advantage.
