Group General Manager

The Group General Manager is responsible for the overall operational, financial and cultural performance of Phaseblue Group Pty Ltd and Phasebuild Pty Ltd. Reporting to the CEO, the role provides leadership across all business divisions, ensuring projects are delivered safely, efficiently and profitably. Key accountabilities include overseeing operational delivery, managing full profit and loss performance, optimising workforce utilisation and driving continuous improvement initiatives across the Group.

This position plays a critical role in maintaining strong client relationships, ensuring compliance with safety, quality and environmental standards, and building high-performing teams aligned to organisational objectives. The Group General Manager will also support sustainable growth through effective planning, systems enhancement and strategic operational leadership.

The ideal candidate will be an accomplished executive leader with demonstrated experience overseeing multi-disciplinary operations within construction, engineering or a related industry. You will bring strong commercial acumen, a proven track record in leading teams and delivering complex projects, and the ability to engage effectively with clients, stakeholders and workforce teams.
