We’re looking for a motivated, hands-on Project Coordinator who thrives in a dynamic environment and wants to be part of a company with a strong legacy and an even stronger future.

Annual Salary: $65,0000
Work Hours: Monday to Friday 7:00 am to 3:30 pm
Work Location: 6255 Don Murie Street, Niagara Falls and local job sites. Company vehicles are provided for travel to local job sites.

Job Description

Project Coordination
• Support Project Manager and Management Team in planning and executing construction and service projects
• Manage project documentation (RFIs, submittals, change orders, schedules, commissioning reports, etc.)
• Provide AutoCAD drawings, redline updates, and manage electronic drawing database. Print drawings for field trades
• Track timelines, budgets, and progress updates
• Communicate with clients, suppliers, and field teams
• Coordinate scheduling of crews and subcontractors
Logistics & Materials Management
• Receive and verify incoming deliveries
• Organize and store materials in the shop and warehouse
• Maintain inventory using electronic tracking systems
• Communicate delivery updates and discrepancies with stakeholders
• Deliver materials, tools, and equipment to job sites as needed

Shop & Operations Support
• Keep the shop clean, organized, and safe
• Assist with tool and equipment asset tracking and database management
• Support daily operations to ensure efficiency across teams

Administrative Support
• Assist the front office with paper and digital filing
• Maintain accurate project and inventory records
• Support document control and data entry
• Support Health and Safety Manager with day-to-day operations as it pertains to the project and overall business

What We’re Looking For
• Experience in construction, project coordination, or a related field
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills
• Comfortable working both in an office and hands-on environment
• 2-4 years of experience in a project coordination or construction support role
• 3-5 years tech-savvy with experience using Microsoft Office, Excel
• 1-3 years’ experience with MS Project/project software
• 2-4 years’ experience with AutoCAD/MEP is an asset
• Ability to lift and move materials when needed
• Valid driver’s license with a clear drivers abstract (required for site and delivery support)
• Current forklift license. Past forklift license is an asset
• Knowledge of electrical/mechanical systems is an asset
