2. About the Opportunity:

The Director, HRBP & Talent leads a regional team of HR Business Partners and specialists, overseeing the Talent Acquisition function to deliver people strategies aligned with business objectives. This role is pivotal in shaping organizational effectiveness and employee experience by optimizing HR processes, using data-driven insights, and embedding continuous improvement to support business success.

3. Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute integrated HR and talent strategies aligned with business goals.

• Lead, coach, and develop the HR Business Partner team for scalable people solutions.

• Provide strategic oversight of the Talent Acquisition team to align hiring with workforce planning.

• Advise senior leaders on organizational design, talent strategy, and change management.

• Partner with leaders to diagnose workforce challenges and implement people strategies.

• Lead succession planning and leadership pipeline development.

• Align talent acquisition and internal development efforts.

• Use data insights to improve productivity, engagement, and retention.

• Ensure a consistent, inclusive hiring experience and monitor recruitment metrics.

• Champion an inclusive, values-driven employee experience and oversee engagement initiatives.

• Resolve complex employee relations issues balancing fairness and risk.

• Guide performance, talent, and succession management programs.

• Support leadership development and organizational change efforts.

• Ensure HR compliance with employment laws and governance standards.

• Oversee employee relations and compliance initiatives.

• Utilize HR data and technology to inform decisions and improve processes.

4. Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.

• Over 7 years of progressive HR experience, including senior leadership roles.

• Proven leadership of HR Business Partner teams in complex environments.

• Experience managing or partnering with Talent Acquisition functions.

• Strong strategic thinking, leadership, and coaching skills.

• Ability to influence senior leaders and build trusted relationships.

• Deep knowledge of HR best practices, workforce planning, and employment laws.

• Strong analytical skills and experience with HR data-driven decisions.

• Proficiency with HR and Talent Acquisition technologies and process improvements.

5. Pay Range and Compensation Package:

• Salary Range: $110,000-$165,000 USD.

• The compensation includes a comprehensive benefits package.
