We're looking for a driven and system-thinking Business Development Representative to join our global go-to-market team. In this role, you'll be the first point of contact for prospective customers, being responsible for identifying, engaging, and qualifying inbound and outbound opportunities across your region. You'll work closely with Account Executives to build pipeline and contribute directly to revenue growth.
This is an ideal role for someone early in their sales career who wants to develop into a full-cycle seller, or for an experienced BDR looking for a high-growth environment with real progression paths.
What You'll Do at Druid
- Discovery: Master the ICP narratives to run sharp conversations that identify buyer pain and determine fit across Healthcare, Higher Education, Banking, Insurance, Retail
- Outbound: Prospect into target accounts via personalized cold calls, email sequences, LinkedIn, and events (quality over volume)
- Research: Build account and persona knowledge to craft outreach that’s genuinely relevant
- Pipeline: Qualify inbound and outbound leads promptly and route to Account Executives with full context
- Collaborate: Partner with AEs and Marketing to build outbound plays, territory plans, and integrated campaigns that maximize pipeline
- Experiment: Continuously A/B test and iterate on messaging, and share what you learn with the wider team
What you’ll bring to DRUID
- 1–3+ years as a top-performing BDR or SDR at a B2B SaaS, AI, or tech company
- Strong research skills and ability to tailor messaging to different buyer personas
- Resilience, coachability, and a hunger to learn
- Comfort working in a fast-paced, data-driven environment
- Experience with HubSpot, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, and modern outbound tools (Outreach, Apollo, or similar)
- Experience selling into Healthcare, Higher Education, Retail, Banking, Insurance (nice to have)
- Prior experience in a startup or scale-up environment (nice to have)
