AI Transformation & Automation Specialist
About the Role
We are looking for an AI Transformation & Automation Specialist to help implement AI across multiple businesses, including real estate, renovation, property technology, and home improvement services.
This is a hands-on implementation role focused on deploying AI tools, building AI agents, automating workflows, integrating software platforms, and improving operational efficiency.
The successful candidate will work directly with leadership to identify repetitive processes, design AI-driven solutions, and implement automation that delivers measurable business impact.
This is not a research position. It is an execution-focused role for someone passionate about building practical AI systems.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify business processes suitable for AI and automation.
- Design, build, and deploy AI agents for sales, marketing, customer service, operations, HR, and finance.
- Automate workflows using platforms such as n8n, Make, Zapier, and similar tools.
- Integrate CRM, ERP, WhatsApp, email, calendars, and other business systems.
- Implement AI-powered customer support and lead qualification systems.
- Develop AI assistants for internal teams.
- Build reporting dashboards and operational automations.
- Connect APIs between business platforms.
- Test, monitor, and continuously improve AI workflows.
- Research and evaluate emerging AI technologies and recommend practical implementations.
- Document AI systems and create internal SOPs.
- Train staff on new AI tools and processes.
- Ensure AI implementations meet security and data privacy best practices.

- Ability to communicate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
