About The Role

The IT Delivery and Portfolio Manager is responsible for leading the strategic direction, governance, and execution oversight of the organization’s portfolio of programs, projects, and strategic initiatives. This executive role ensures strong alignment between business strategy, IT strategy, and enterprise transformation objectives, driving value realization across the portfolio.

The role provides portfolio-level leadership in shaping and operationalizing integrated business and technology strategies, ensuring that investments deliver measurable outcomes aligned with organizational priorities. It is accountable for identifying, prioritizing, and enabling key improvements across the portfolio, ensuring that strategic initiatives translate into tangible business and operational results.

As a senior leader, the role drives data-informed decision-making by leading insights, analytics, and performance reviews across tribes and portfolios. The role leverages data to identify opportunities, address gaps, and continuously improve delivery efficiency, customer outcomes, and overall portfolio health.

What You'll Do

• Lead and oversee enterprise portfolio management across multiple business units, programs, and strategic initiatives
• Define and execute portfolio governance frameworks, delivery standards, and operating models
• Ensure alignment of portfolio priorities with organizational strategy, financial targets, and business objectives
• Drive executive-level portfolio reviews, strategic planning, and investment prioritization with the Demand Ambassador
• Monitor portfolio performance, delivery status, financials, risks, dependencies, and resource capacity
• Ensure effective risk management, issue resolution, and operational stability across initiatives
• Analyze squad and program burndown charts, velocity trends, and delivery metrics to proactively identify risks, delivery gaps, and optimization opportunities across solutioning and development phases.
• Collaborate with Delivery Leads, Dev teams, TCOE, and Product Owners to address delivery bottlenecks and improve sprint efficiency and execution predictability.
