We're a performance marketing agency based in Greece, working exclusively with US ecommerce brands. What sets us apart is the combination of deep media expertise and a genuine understanding of how the businesses we work with actually operate, beyond the ad account.
The Role
Entry-level in title, not in substance. You'll be working on real accounts from day one: real budgets, real decisions, real impact.
The first phase is mostly execution: running campaigns, owning reporting, keeping things tight. Over time, as you build the instincts we're looking for, the scope expands.
This suits someone who's early in their career, takes their work seriously, and wants to get genuinely good.
What You'll Do
- Build, manage, and optimize Meta campaigns across high-spend ecommerce accounts
- Own day-to-day account health: budget pacing, performance monitoring, account expansion
- Compile and interpret performance reports with a focus on business-level metrics
- Spot problems before they become fires and bring solutions, not just observations
- Work independently when needed and closely with the team when the work calls for it
What We're Looking For
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Ecommerce, or a related field (Master's is a plus)
- 2+ years of hands-on Meta Ads experience, with at least 1 year managing ecommerce accounts (agency or freelance, both work)
- Comfortable with Excel/Google Sheets — formulas, pivots, structuring data clearly
- Fluent English, all client communication is in English, written and verbal
- Can work independently and take full ownership, but also knows how to operate as part of a team
- Communicates clearly: can take something complex and explain it without losing the plot
- Proactive: flags issues, follows through, doesn't wait to be told
- Wants to learn: we don't expect you to know everything, but we expect you to care about getting better
What You Get
- Competitive salary (for real)
- Fully remote with flexible hours, we care about output, not schedules
- Top-of-the-line equipment
- Exposure to account complexity, scale and decision-making that's hard to find at this stage of a career
- A small team where your work actually matters
