Job summary
The Director of Sales will play a critical role in the planning and execution of driving growth and achieving revenue targets for Cryon-X brand new to market suite of Iceless Thermal Compression Devices. Primary responsibilities are to create sales success through:
- Creation of Distribution and DME partner network
- Facility sales (A.S.C., V.A.)
- Sports Performance and Recovery accounts (Athletic Trainers, Physical Therapy)
- Building a team of W2 sales reps to promote Cryon-X suite of products
Required skills / experience
- Documented track record of sales / sales leadership success
- Experience selling orthopedic or post-surgical DME products to Orthopedic call points
- Relationships with orthopedic reps, medical distributors or DME reps
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and influence at all levels, inside and outside of the organization
- Willingness to travel within the region to accounts or partners
