Description

For our client, we are seeking a Data Analyst to join the team of a leader in the Healthcare space. This role will turn data into practical insight that improves visibility, decision-making, and business performance. You will partner with business, technical, and operational stakeholders to build reporting, surface trends, and translate analysis into action. The position offers the opportunity to strengthen data-driven execution and help teams focus on the metrics that matter most within a healthcare environment.

Location: Remote - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available

Compensation: $106,600 – $125,400 annually

Responsibilities

  • Own and develop client-facing reporting to highlight the value of the company services
  • Build and maintain dbt models and ensure reliable data pipelines
  • Conduct analyses and translate data into actionable insights for various stakeholders
  • Collaborate with data engineering to enhance the data platform and quality
  • Create dashboards and data sources for informed decision-making
  • Manage cross-functional ad-hoc requests and streamline processes for future automations
  • Support clinical analytics with ROI and compliance reporting

Qualifications

  • 2+ years of analytics experience, preferably in healthcare or health tech
  • Strong proficiency in SQL, Python or R, dbt, and data visualization tools
  • Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to connect with internal leadership
  • Experience with BI tools like Looker or Tableau
  • Genuine interest in clinical data and health outcomes
  • Ability to handle complex and messy data with clear communication of findings
  • Demonstrated problem-solving skills and a proactive, ownership-driven mindset
