We are a team of 5 and are currently looking for our next colleague to complete our squad! It's more than a Sales Associate role — it’s about creating authentic connections, delivering exceptional client experiences, and becoming a trusted advisor for our customers. You’ll have the opportunity to share the Breitling story, showcase our iconic timepieces, and highlight the remarkable craftsmanship behind every watch.

Your contribution:

• You will ensure boutique standards are consistently maintained with a focus on cleanliness and an appealing appearance
• You will be capturing meaningful customer data to create professional relationships and to personalize future opportunities
• You will be involved in attending ad-hoc client and company events
• You will be constantly extending product knowledge through proactive research and participate in trainings
• You will showcase your proactivity when it comes to following industry news, technology, and key market competitors
• You will assist the Boutique Management to uphold and maintain health and safety requirements
• You will be responsible for responding and resolving customer concerns in a professional and empathic manner
• You will apply and maintain visual merchandising guidelines
• You will be responsible for maintenance of back of house stock storage organization
• You will act as a true Brand Ambassador being an integral part of a highly – motivated #Squadonamission

Your profile:

• You possess a solid experience in a similar role within watch industry (ideally) or within other domains like hospitality, fashion/apparel
• You want to showcase your flair for building and developing relationships with Clients
• You can put forward you strong communication skills and capacity of understanding others' needs
• You search for a work environment where you can bring your Team Player mentality
• You are interested in and you are up to date with the luxury industry
• You are fluent in Dutch and English (both written and spoken)
