.Role Overvie

wWe are seeking a dynamic Partnerships Manager for institutional / CSR fundraising, high-net-worth individual (HNI) engagement, and strategic partnerships. The role will involve building strong connections with corporates, philanthropic foundations, and individuals, while also overseeing key events, communications, and collaborative initiatives. The role requires an entrepreneurial mindset, strategic thinking, and strong relationship-building skills

.Key Responsibilitie

sPartnerships & Fundraisin

• gIdentify, develop, and manage partnerships with corporates, foundations, HNIs, and international donors
• .Design and execute CSR proposals and grant writing aligned with partner mandate and PIF’s mission
• .Build and manage a structured donor engagement strategy including reporting, updates, and stewardship
• .Cultivate long-term donor relationships through regular outreach, networking, and engagement events

.Communications & Visibilit

• yCollaborate with the communications team to create impactful narratives and proposals for CSR and philanthropy partners
• .Develop donor-oriented content including reports, decks, presentations, and newsletters
• .Ensure consistent and compelling messaging across PIF’s platforms and campaigns

.Events & Stakeholder Engagemen

• tPlan, manage, and deliver donor and partner events – including policy roundtables, thought-leadership summits, and fundraising gatherings
• .Represent PIF at external forums, CSR conclaves, and philanthropic networks to expand visibility and partnerships
• .Coordinate high-profile stakeholder interactions such as government-industry dialogues and HNI meetings
• .Strategy & Entrepreneurial Leadershi
• pContribute to PIF’s growth strategy by identifying new fundraising and partnership models
• .Work with lean teams in a fast-paced environment, taking ownership of outcomes and driving new initiatives independently

.Qualifications & Experienc

• eMaster’s degree in Business, Public Policy, Development Studies, Communications, or a related field
• .6-7 years of experience in CSR/partnerships/fundraising roles/business development within think tanks, non-profits, consulting, or corporate CSR foundations
• .Strong understanding of India’s development and CSR ecosystem, as well as donor trends in philanthropy
• .Proven track record of raising funds and managing donor relations across HNI, CSR and institutional segments
• .Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with ability to create compelling proposals and presentations
• .Strong organizational and event management skills
• .Entrepreneurial attitude with ability to take initiative, build systems, and scale new ideas
