Our client is a results-driven ecommerce digital agency based in Burleigh Heads on the Gold Coast. They work with some of Australia's most exciting consumer brands and have built a reputation for delivering real, measurable growth. They are a tight team of specialists who love what they do and they are now looking for a Paid Social Specialist to join them.

Scope of the Role

As Paid Social Specialist you will own paid social activity across a portfolio of ecommerce clients, managing campaigns end to end across Meta and beyond. You will work alongside a collaborative team of digital specialists who are genuinely invested in each other's growth. This is a role for someone who is sharp, creative and passionate about paid social and who wants to do their best work for brands they are actually proud to be a part of.

Responsibilities

• Plan, build, manage and optimise paid social campaigns across Meta, TikTok and relevant platforms
• Manage client budgets effectively, ensuring every dollar is working as hard as possible
• Develop creative strategies and collaborate with internal teams to produce content that converts
• Monitor performance and translate data into clear, actionable insights for clients
• Produce regular performance reports with meaningful commentary
• Stay across platform updates, algorithm changes and emerging trends
• Contribute to broader digital strategy alongside the wider agency team

What's on Offer and the Ideal Applicant

You will have 2 to 4 years of hands-on paid social experience, ideally in an agency environment working across ecommerce clients. You are confident running campaigns independently, comfortable with Meta Ads Manager, and you genuinely care about the results you deliver. Experience across fashion, apparel or health and fitness brands is a bonus.

This is a full time on-site role in Burleigh Heads with onsite parking and a great cafe basically on your doorstep. Salary is based on experience and A-players will be rewarded accordingly.
