About the Role
Your Opportunity to Make an Impact. As a Logistics Documentation Coordinator, you will help ensure compliance with international trade regulations while enabling the efficient movement of goods across regions. You will collaborate with internal teams and external partners worldwide to maintain seamless coordination and high standards of operational accuracy.
Responsibilities
- Prepare, process, and distribute documentation for inbound and outbound shipments, including invoices, packing lists, bills of lading, and customs declarations
- Ensure all documentation meets customs regulations and international trade compliance requirements; stay current on regulatory updates and communicate changes to stakeholders
- Coordinate with factories and global teams to confirm shipment requirements and support logistics across multiple time zones
- Enter and manage shipment data in internal systems with a high degree of accuracy and attention to deadlines
- Partner with cross-functional teams, including global offices and accounting, to ensure smooth communication and execution of logistics activities
- Identify and resolve routine logistics issues, applying sound judgment to maintain operational flow
- Support additional logistics-related tasks and projects as needed
Experience & Skills
- 6+ months of related experience in logistics, supply chain, or documentation support preferred
- Experience preparing shipping documentation in an international trade or logistics environment
- Understanding of customs regulations and global trade compliance requirements
- Strong data entry skills and experience with logistics or ERP systems
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint)
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively across global teams
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to manage multiple priorities independently and meet deadlines
- Trilingual proficiency in Cantonese, Mandarin, and English
- Vocational/technical education or equivalent relevant experience
