Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced and organized IT Project Manager (H/F) to lead and coordinate technology projects from initiation to completion. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing project scope, timelines, budgets, resources, and stakeholder communication while ensuring successful project delivery aligned with business objectives.

Key Responsibilities

  • Plan, coordinate, and oversee IT projects throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Define project scope, objectives, deliverables, and timelines.
  • Manage project budgets, resources, and risk assessments.
  • Coordinate cross-functional teams, including developers, analysts, testers, and business stakeholders.
  • Monitor project progress and ensure milestones are achieved on schedule.
  • Identify and resolve project risks, issues, and dependencies.
  • Facilitate project meetings and provide regular status updates to stakeholders.
  • Ensure project documentation is accurate and up to date.
  • Support change management and project implementation activities.
  • Promote best practices in project management and continuous improvement.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Administration, Project Management, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in IT project management or technology project coordination.
  • Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously.
  • Experience with project management methodologies such as Agile, Scrum, Waterfall, or Hybrid approaches.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and project management tools.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience managing software development, infrastructure, cloud, or digital transformation projects.
  • Familiarity with project management tools such as Jira, Asana, Trello, Microsoft Project, or similar platforms.
  • PMP, PRINCE2, Agile, Scrum Master, or equivalent certifications are a plus.
  • Knowledge of IT systems, software development lifecycle (SDLC), and business processes.
