We are looking for an entrepreneurial, relationship-driven, and commercially sharp professional to lead our Asset-Wise Operator Partnerships function.This is a high-impact role that combines Business Development, Strategic Partnerships, Ecosystem Building, and Category Expansion.
Role Overview
The Asset-Wise Operator Partnerships Manager will be responsible for identifying, onboarding, activating, and growing partnerships with operators across six key asset categories.
The role will focus on:
Generating qualified construction opportunities through partner networks.
Connecting Brick & Bolt clients with suitable operators to maximize asset utilization and create additional value.
The ideal candidate combines the mindset of a hunter who can open doors at the CXO level with the discipline of a farmer who can nurture long-term partnerships into scalable revenue channels.
Key Responsibilities
Partnership Acquisition (Hunting)
- Identify and onboard strategic operator partners across all target asset categories.
- Build relationships with CEOs, Founders, Business Heads, Expansion Heads, and Strategy teams.
- Develop a structured outreach and engagement pipeline.
- Negotiate and close partnership agreements, referral arrangements, and co-selling models.
- Represent Brick & Bolt at industry conferences, networking forums, and ecosystem events.
- Map operator ecosystems nationally and regionally across key cities.
Partnership Management (Farming)
- Own and grow a portfolio of strategic partners.
- Drive regular engagement through business reviews and opportunity planning sessions.
- Execute joint GTM initiatives, webinars, workshops, and co-branded events.
- Build multi-level stakeholder relationships across partner organizations.
- Ensure partner enablement through training, collateral, and business updates.
- Maintain high partner engagement and activation levels.
Demand Generation
- Generate qualified commercial construction leads through partner channels.
- Identify expansion, renovation, refurbishment, and greenfield opportunities.
- Understand partner construction and CapEx plans 6-18 months in advance.
- Collaborate with Commercial Business teams to convert opportunities into revenue.
- Maintain healthy lead pipelines and track partner-sourced business contribution.
Ideal Candidate Profile
Must Have
- 3+ years of experience in Strategic Partnerships, Alliances, Business Development, or Ecosystem Development.
- Proven track record of acquiring and managing enterprise partnerships.
- Experience engaging with CXOs and senior decision-makers.
- Strong network within at least 2-3 of the following sectors:
- Experience working with both national and regional organizations.
- Strong commercial acumen and negotiation skills.
Preferred
- Experience with real estate developers, construction companies, hospitality brands, co-working operators, proptech firms, or asset operators.
- Understanding of construction project lifecycles and real estate development.
- Experience with CRM tools such as Salesforce, HubSpot, Zoho, or similar platforms.
- MBA from a reputed institution preferred.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Business, Engineering, Hospitality Management, or related fields.
- MBA or equivalent postgraduate qualification preferred.
- Strong communication skills in English and Hindi.
- Additional regional language proficiency is an advantage.
