What To Expect (Job Responsibilities)
- Gather grain prices from elevators, feed mills, ethanol plants, and other grain buyers in the U.S. and Canada
- Input up to 800 bids per day accurately into Excel and the database
- Double-check all work for accuracy and consistency
- Email out-of-range bids and communicate necessary changes
- Perform additional research as requested by supervisors
What Is Required (Qualifications)
- High School Diploma or currently working toward graduation
- Basic computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office and databases
- Good written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work efficiently within a specified time frame
- Attention to detail and accuracy in data entry
How To Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
- Previous experience in data entry or a similar role
- Familiarity with the agriculture industry or grain markets
- Strong analytical skills for data interpretation
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
- Experience with Excel and data management software
