Deepgrids is building the coordination layer for the most complex deals in the enterprise, the system that holds the live state of a deal, its approvals, obligations, and every change, and drives it to close. We're pre-seed, backed by strategic angels and advised by former senior leaders from Google, Palo Alto Networks, and Stripe. We're now adding a small number of advisors to our board, and we're being deliberately selective.
This is a founding-level advisory seat for people who have run revenue, finance, or product at scale. If you've sat in the C-suite of a B2B software company and lived the chaos of enterprise deal execution, this was built for you.
Who this is for
We're looking for a handful of exceptional people:
• Current or former C-level and senior executives (CRO, CFO, CPO, CTO, or VP of Revenue / RevOps) at top-tier SaaS or enterprise technology companies.
• Founders who have scaled or exited a transformational B2B software company.
• Leaders with deep enterprise relationships who can open doors to design partners and buyers.
• Strategic operators who turn technical innovation into commercial outcomes and category leadership.
Your seat at the table
As a founding advisor, you will:
• Shape product and category strategy directly with the founding team.
• Guide go-to-market and enterprise adoption from your own experience.
• Open doors with warm introductions to enterprise buyers, design partners, and investors where it makes sense.
• Sharpen the fundraising and investor narrative ahead of the round.
• Meet quarterly for strategic sessions, with lightweight, high-leverage involvement in between.
What you get
• 0.25% to 1% equity with standard advisory vesting, based on seniority and level of involvement (equity-only, no cash).
• A founding seat shaping a company defining a new category in enterprise revenue infrastructure.
• A small, high-caliber circle of operators and founders building the next system of record for enterprise deals.
