Job Title: Technical Project Manager (Enterprise Applications)
Role Overview
:We are seeking a highly skilled Technical Project Manager to lead strategic initiatives within our Enterprise Applications portfolio (CD1 initiatives). This role is critical for driving the delivery of complex, cross-functional projects that involve enterprise-wide systems. The ideal candidate will act as the central point of coordination between application owners, business stakeholders, infrastructure, data teams, security, compliance, and third-party vendors
.Key Responsibilities
- :Project Governance & Delivery: Manage the full lifecycle of enterprise application projects, ensuring alignment with business goals, regulatory standards, and technical architecture
- .Stakeholder & Vendor Management: Coordinate with internal app owners and external vendors to ensure seamless integration, software updates, and deployment readiness
- .Cross-Functional Coordination: Bridge the gap between business teams, infrastructure, data, and security to ensure all technical dependencies are identified and resolved
- .Risk & Compliance: Ensure all application delivery and integration efforts adhere to enterprise security policies and compliance requirements
- .Status Reporting: Provide transparent and structured executive updates on project health, including RAID (Risks, Assumptions, Issues, Dependencies) logs and milestone tracking
.Required Qualifications & Experience
- :Experience: 8+ years of Technical Project Management experience, specifically managing enterprise application projects
- .Technical Aptitude: Strong understanding of application lifecycles, system integrations, and enterprise architecture
- .Methodologies: Proven experience with Agile, Waterfall, and hybrid delivery models
- .Tools: Proficiency with Jira, Confluence, MS Project, Smartsheet, and ServiceNow is highly preferred
- .Industry: Banking or financial services experience is strongly preferred. Experience in regulated enterprise environments is a significant plus
- .Soft Skills: Demonstrated ability to work in a fast-paced environment, drive accountability, manage stakeholders independently, and operate with a sense of urgency
