Description

We have partnered with a Series B fintech startup to hire a Product Manager. This is a fully remote role. The business has found its footing, built a consumer product that customers rely on and is now scaling fast. The next phase is about depth as much as growth, taking what works and making it significantly better. This hire will own a core part of that, taking full responsibility for new features from brief through to delivery as the platform expands.

This is a role for a PM who likes to be close to the work. You will have real ownership, a short decision-making chain and the satisfaction of seeing what you build land with real consumers at scale.

About the role:

  • Own the end-to-end delivery of new product features, from discovery and definition through to launch and iteration
  • Work directly with customers and internal stakeholders to identify pain points, validate ideas and shape a roadmap that drives genuine product value
  • Partner with engineering and design to ship features at pace, maintaining a high bar for quality and consumer experience
  • Define success metrics for each feature and use data to evaluate performance, inform prioritisation and drive continuous improvement
  • Contribute to roadmap planning alongside product leadership, balancing short-term delivery demands with longer-term platform vision
  • Work cross-functionally with marketing, customer success and operations to ensure new features resonate with consumers and drive commercial outcomes

About you:

  • 4 to 6 years of product management experience, ideally within a B2C fintech or consumer technology environment
  • Proven track record of owning and shipping features that have made a measurable difference to consumers and the business
  • Strong instinct for consumer behaviour, with the ability to turn user insight into clear, well-scoped product decisions
  • Comfortable working in a fast-moving, growth-stage environment where priorities shift and autonomy is expected
  • Data-literate, with experience setting success metrics and using analytics to guide decisions
  • Strong communicator with the ability to align engineering, marketing and leadership stakeholders
  • Fully remote, open to candidates globally
