At Thales Alenia Space, we are opening a position in our Young Talent Program to hire two profiles within the HR team, covering two different areas:
- HR Generalist
- HR Labor Relations
We are looking for people who are ready to take ownership, learn fast, and be directly involved in key HR processes. During the selection process, we will assess your profile and fit for one of the two roles.
This program is designed to build strong HR professionals with hands-on experience, ready to grow in any environment.
🛠️ Responsibilities
🌱 Position 1: HR Generalist
End-to-end management of recruitment processes:
- Working with managers to define hiring needs
- Job posting, screening, interviews, and candidate follow-up
- Active participation in hiring decisions
Training management:
- Identifying training needs
- Organizing and tracking training plans
- Making sure everything runs smoothly
Involvement in talent development across the HR cycle:
- Participation in internal processes and initiatives
- HR data analysis and tracking key metrics
Contribution to engagement and culture initiatives:
- Organizing and delivering internal activities
- Supporting communication and employee experience
⚖️ Position 2: HR Labor Relations
Onboarding and Offboarding:
- Managing the life cycle of employees (onboarding and offboarding)
- Managing documentation and processes with temporary agencies (ETTs)
HR administration:
- Tracking sick leaves, maternity and paternity leaves, and paid leaves and contract terminations
- Tracking overtime
- Handling issues and following up on services
- Preparing data for payroll processes
- Preparing letters, certificates, and HR documentation
- Managing benefits providers (insurance, pensions, etc.)
- Maintaining and updating employee documentation in internal systems
- Updating Kwonledge Base
Labor relations and reporting:
- Preparing documentation for the Works Council
- Contributing to official reports and HR reporting
- Managing the HR inbox and employee queries
- Preparing the Labor Calendar
đź§ Profile
- Bachelor’s degree completed in HR, Labor Relations, Law, Psychology, or similar
- Master’s degree is a plus
- Previous experience in HR is valued
- High level of English (especially important for the HR Generalist role)
- Strong Excel skills
- Organized, proactive, with good judgment and ability to manage tasks independently
