For our Madame Coco stores in Alexandrium Mall in Rotterdam Netherlands we are now recruiting a Sales Assistants.
REQUIREMENTS
JOB DESCRIPTION
1. Providing service to every customer entering the store in accordance with Madame Coco sales standards and maintaining customer satisfaction at the highest level.
2. Executing Warehouse Acceptance, Transfer, Return-Exchange, and other cash register applications as specified in procedures and instructions, and informing the Store Manager about any deficiencies or incorrect applications.
3. Complying with procedures and instructions related to second quality, set box, test product (tester), and broken disposal.
4. Performing all visual arrangements and cleaning in the store while adhering to standards.
5. Completing operational tasks that need to be done regularly, which affect the store's appearance and sales performance, accurately and on time.
6. Contributing to the proper preparation of the store for inventory counts to ensure they are conducted accurately and swiftly, and avoiding practices that cause stock errors (selling faulty products, incorrect acceptance-transfer practices, having products without tags and barcodes, etc.). 7. Adhering to Human Resources regulations and being aware of the rights provided to oneself.
8. Maintaining a high level of product knowledge, and following floorset and campaign applications.
9. Providing feedback to the Store Manager regarding all written and/or verbal requests, announcements, procedures, complaints, etc. received from the headquarters, customers, staff, and all other third parties.
10. Acting in accordance with the dress code and paying attention to personal grooming.
11. Knowing and applying the security rules established to ensure the security of the store and products.
12. Accurately implementing tasks assigned by the store manager.
13. Monitoring personal performance and store performance values (KPI) according to targets, sharing any suggestions that could contribute to sales with the Store Manager, and taking action on situations that could lead to sales loss in the area of responsibility.
14. Ensuring the store's opening and closing are done on time and in accordance with the procedure when assigned by a senior manager.
15. Performing tasks such as counting, visual work, store opening-closing, support, etc. in a different store when requested by a senior manager.
16. Avoiding behaviors that could endanger the health and safety of oneself and other employees. 17. Reporting hazards and risks, work accidents, occupational diseases, near-miss incidents, and all situations that could endanger health and safety to the relevant persons when noticed.
18. Complying with the procedures, instructions, and rules related to information, inventory, and cash security, and informing the Store Manager about issues where the rules are not followed, and if the issue cannot be resolved, notifying the Country Manager.
19. Taking on additional duties needed to perform the job more qualitatively, efficiently, and/or appropriately according to the company's strategic goals and vision, and implementing actions expected by management.
