We are looking for a proactive and results-driven Customer Service Contact Leader to oversee customer service operations, ensure delivery excellence, and drive strong cross-functional collaboration. You will act as the primary interface between customers and internal departments, ensuring smooth demand planning, accurate execution, and high customer satisfaction.
Experience in the automotive industry is a must.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead daily communication with customers regarding schedules, delivery performance, risks, and recovery plans
- Oversee EDI schedule validation and ensure accurate demand reflection in SAP
- Align customer demand with production capacity in cooperation with SIOP/MPS, Production, and Logistics
- Monitor and report key KPIs (OTIF, backlog, premium freight) and drive corrective and preventive actions
- Lead root-cause analysis for delivery deviations and ensure effective resolution
- Manage customer review meetings and performance reporting
- Drive continuous improvement of customer service processes, systems, and documentation
- Lead and develop the customer service team (if applicable)
From €2,500 gross per month, depending on the candidate’s experience.
