What You'll Do

As a Talent Acquisition Partner, you will work across the full recruitment lifecycle while building meaningful relationships with both candidates and clients.

Talent Acquisition & Candidate Experience

  • Identify, engage, and assess exceptional professionals across technology and leadership functions.
  • Conduct structured candidate interviews and assessments.
  • Evaluate both technical capabilities and cultural fit.
  • Explore candidate motivations, career aspirations, leadership preferences, and working styles.
  • Build and nurture long-term talent communities.
  • Guide candidates throughout the recruitment process and support a positive candidate experience.
  • Present candidates holistically, highlighting not only their skills and experience but also their potential fit within a client's culture, values, and team dynamics.

Business Development & Client Partnerships

  • Build relationships with hiring managers, HR leaders, founders, and executives.
  • Identify and develop new business opportunities.
  • Support client meetings and recruitment projects.
  • Understand client organizations, cultures, leadership styles, and hiring challenges.
  • Act as a trusted advisor rather than a transactional recruiter.

Collaboration & Innovation

  • Work closely with other Talent Acquisition Partners and the femHIRE leadership team.
  • Leverage AI-powered tools and modern recruitment technologies to improve productivity and quality.
  • Contribute ideas that improve candidate experience, client experience, and internal processes.
  • Participate in training, knowledge-sharing, and continuous improvement initiatives.

What We're Looking For

  • Independed contractors that have the ability to issue monthly invoices.
  • 3+ years of recruitment experience, ideally from an agency, executive search, staffing, or RPO environment.
  • Experience managing recruitment processes end-to-end
  • Experience with both business development (customer acquisition) and recruitment (talent acquisition) .
  • Professional fluency in both Greek and English.
  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
  • Excellent organizational and time-management abilities.
  • Curiosity, initiative, and a growth mindset.

Compensation

This is a contractor-based opportunity for professionals who operate as independent consultants and invoice femHIRE on a monthly basis.

Our compensation model is designed to reward both contribution and results and includes:

  • A fixed monthly retainer
  • A percentage of recruitment fees from successful talent placements
  • An annual performance-based bonus linked to agreed KPIs

This structure provides both ongoing support and the opportunity to increase earnings based on results and contribution.

Communication & Process

Please note that after screening all the CVs received, we will contact all the candidates to communicate if they will pass to the next phase. All applications are considered strictly confidential. The recruitment process consist of 3 interviews.
