In this leadership role, you'll work alongside talented engineers and operational teams, providing strategic direction, technical expertise, and mentorship while helping shape the future of one of the world's leading copper mining operations.

What You'll Bring

• A Bachelor's Degree in Mining Engineering (Master's Degree advantageous)
• At least 15 years of Mine Planning experience
• Strong leadership and people management skills
• Advanced Deswik proficiency and mine planning expertise
• A passion for continuous improvement, innovation, and operational excellence
• The ability to build strong relationships and influence stakeholders at all levels
