ASBIS is looking for an experienced Senior Recruiter to lead end-to-end hiring for corporate roles across multiple regions. You will be responsible for sourcing and hiring high-quality talent, partnering closely with hiring managers, and delivering efficient, data-driven recruitment processes aligned with business goals.

Responsibilities

  • Manage full-cycle recruitment for corporate roles (e.g., Finance, Legal, Marketing, Operations, Administration) in close partnership with hiring managers and teams
  • Build and maintain strong talent pipelines for assigned positions
  • Conduct market research on talent availability and salary benchmarks
  • Coordinate and guide interview processes with structured evaluation
  • Track and report key recruitment metrics (time-to-fill, pipeline health, offer acceptance rate)
  • Support employer branding initiatives targeting corporate talent communities

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in recruitment for corporate functions in an international or high-growth environment
  • Proven track record of successfully hiring across various corporate roles and seniority levels
  • Strong understanding of corporate functions and business support roles
  • Advanced sourcing skills including Boolean search and use of LinkedIn Recruiter and other professional platforms
  • Experience partnering with business leaders and non-technical stakeholders
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
  • Experience managing multiple requisitions while maintaining quality
  • Data-driven mindset with experience using ATS and analytics tools
  • Fluent English (additional languages are a plus)

  • Experience recruiting across EMEA or globally
  • Familiarity with competency-based interviewing frameworks
