ASBIS is looking for an experienced Senior Recruiter to lead end-to-end hiring for corporate roles across multiple regions. You will be responsible for sourcing and hiring high-quality talent, partnering closely with hiring managers, and delivering efficient, data-driven recruitment processes aligned with business goals.
Responsibilities
- Manage full-cycle recruitment for corporate roles (e.g., Finance, Legal, Marketing, Operations, Administration) in close partnership with hiring managers and teams
- Build and maintain strong talent pipelines for assigned positions
- Conduct market research on talent availability and salary benchmarks
- Coordinate and guide interview processes with structured evaluation
- Track and report key recruitment metrics (time-to-fill, pipeline health, offer acceptance rate)
- Support employer branding initiatives targeting corporate talent communities
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in recruitment for corporate functions in an international or high-growth environment
- Proven track record of successfully hiring across various corporate roles and seniority levels
- Strong understanding of corporate functions and business support roles
- Advanced sourcing skills including Boolean search and use of LinkedIn Recruiter and other professional platforms
- Experience partnering with business leaders and non-technical stakeholders
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Experience managing multiple requisitions while maintaining quality
- Data-driven mindset with experience using ATS and analytics tools
- Fluent English (additional languages are a plus)
