About the Role
The Creative Director is responsible for leading the creative vision of the business across marketing campaigns, social media, e-commerce, and brand communications. This role oversees the creative team, ensuring all content and visual assets are aligned with the brand, delivered to a high standard, and support the company's commercial objectives.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the creative direction for campaigns, social media, e-commerce, and brand initiatives.
- Develop and oversee creative concepts and ensure consistent execution across all channels.
- Manage the production and quality of visual content, including photography, video, graphics, and digital assets.
- Collaborate with Marketing, E-commerce, and Brand teams to deliver effective and engaging campaigns.
- Review and approve creative work to ensure it meets brand standards and business needs.
- Lead, mentor, and manage the creative team and external creative partners.
- Plan and prioritize creative projects to ensure timely delivery and efficient execution.
- Stay up to date with industry trends and introduce fresh ideas to strengthen the brand.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in a creative leadership role, preferably within fashion, retail, or e-commerce.
- Strong portfolio demonstrating experience in campaigns, branding, digital content, and social media.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and project management skills.
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite and other relevant creative tools.
