Mortgage Broker or Appointed Representative (Self-Employed)

Hectocorn is an FCA-regulated debt advisory firm specialising in real estate finance for ultra-high-net-worth individuals (UHNWIs) around the world. The firm structures complex transactions across the UK, American, and European property markets, including residential, buy-to-let, development, commercial, and bridge financing. Hectocorn also advises on luxury asset financing such as yachts, private jets, car collections, art collections, stock lending, and cryptocurrency-backed facilities. Based in Mayfair in central London, the team works closely with private banks, specialist lenders, and international clients.

We are looking for Self-Employed Mortgage Brokers and Appointed Representatives.

Qualifications

Minimum 2yrs:

• Experience in a Mortgage Broking environment
• CAS status
• Existing client base
• Self-motivated and Professional
• Relevant qualifications, such as CeMAP (Certificate in Mortgage Advice and Practice), or equivalent
