Role Description:

The junior consultant (Tamheer) is an integral member of the project team, offering expert insights and delivering high-quality consulting solutions to clients. This role involves collaborating with project teams, supporting client engagements, and contributing to the development of our advisory methodologies and frameworks.

Responsibilities:

Consulting and Advisory:

- Work closely with the project team to contribute to the successful execution of advisory engagements in areas such as HR strategy, organizational culture, corporate strategy, and organizational transformation.

- Contribute to the development and delivery of high-quality consulting insights and solutions, ensuring client satisfaction.

- Identify opportunities for operational and strategic improvements to enhance client efficiency.

- Work with internal consultants and external experts to deliver tailored advisory services to clients.

Internal Consulting:

- Identify gaps in internal operations and support initiatives to close these gaps and improve efficiency.

- Collaborate with various departments to support the successful execution of strategic internal initiatives.

- Assist in the development and maintenance of KBS' proprietary methodologies, frameworks, and thought leadership content.

Candidate Requirements:

  • Eligibility: Must be a registered on the Taqat platform, meeting all Tamheer program criteria.
  • Education: Fresh graduate with Bachelor's degree.
  • Fluent in English.
  • Proficient in MS office tools, especially PowerPoint.
