🚀 CEO OPPORTUNITY | B2B SaaS | €30M ARR | Relocation to Dubai Required (Within <12 months)

One of the more exciting CEO searches we're currently working on.

We're looking for a CEO to lead the next chapter of a scaling B2B SaaS company with ~€30M ARR, 350+ employees, and global operations.

The business has a strong foundation, an established product, and significant market presence. The next phase is about accelerating growth, sharpening product strategy, improving commercial execution, and preparing the company for a future liquidity event.

Key priorities:

📈 Reignite sustainable growth and commercial momentum

🎯 Strengthen product-market fit and long-term product strategy

⚡ Increase organizational speed, accountability, and execution quality

🤖 Leverage AI across both product and operations

🌍 Lead an internationally distributed organization through its next stage of scale

Must-have background:

🔹Current or former CEO of a SaaS business of meaningful scale

🔹Strong commercial and go-to-market track record

🔹Deep understanding of recurring revenue businesses

🔹Proven experience leading transformation, turnaround, or growth acceleration initiatives

🔹Builder mentality with a hands-on, entrepreneurial approach

🔹Strong product intuition and strategic thinking

Important:

📍 Remote/flexible initially

📍 Relocation to Dubai within 12 months is required

📍 Immediate availability strongly preferred
