Our Engineering team is responsible for providing engineering and project management expertise in the planning, budgeting, forecasting and reporting of our projects.

About The Opportunity

Reporting to the Project Manager, your key duties include, but are not limited to:

  • Managing engineering documentation, and project planning
  • Overseeing site safety, quality assurance, and compliance with industry standards
  • Coordinating subcontractors, suppliers, and stakeholders including councils and consultants
  • Promote sustainability using environmental, social and economic measures
  • Monitoring budgets, schedules, and resource allocation to ensure efficient delivery
  • Leading site meetings and providing clear, concise project updates
  • Preparing cost estimates, claims, and detailed reports for leadership review
  • Always demonstrate and encourage responsible safe work practices, follow HSE policies and procedures and continually look for improvement opportunities
  • Driving continuous improvement and problem-solving across all phases of construction

About you

To Be Considered, You Need To Demonstrate The Following

  • Bachelor’s degree in civil engineering, project management or construction management
  • Minimum 2 years’ experience in civil construction, ideally with subdivision experience
  • Strong ability to read and interpret technical drawings and specifications
  • Proficiency in MS Office Suite, especially Excel and Project
  • Excellent analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills
  • White Card and a valid Victorian driver’s licence
  • Full Australian work rights
