Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role based in the Cayman Islands, with responsibility for supporting the operations, planning, and delivery of football programs. Daily tasks may include coaching or leading training sessions, organizing and executing camps or tournaments, coordinating international trips, and collaborating with the community to provide football programs. The role also involves administrative duties, communication with parents, and ensuring the success of programs and initiatives aligned with the organization's vision.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Football Coaching, Player Development, and Program Coordination
• Strong skills in Event Management, Community Engagement, and Scheduling
• Ability to manage Administrative Tasks, Communication, and Organizational Planning
• Background in Sports Education, Physical Training, or related disciplines
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills for working with children, parents, and the community
• Flexible and adaptable to work in a dynamic, team-oriented environment
• Previous experience in a similar role or involvement in a football-based educational or recreational organization is a plus
