Description

The Regional E-commerce Specialist is responsible for driving online sales growth, optimizing digital shelf presence, and executing e-commerce strategies across Central America markets. This role will partner closely with commercial, media, planning, and supply chain teams to maximize online performance, improve the consumer experience, and support overall business and brand objectives.

The position will play a key role in developing e-commerce planning frameworks, identifying growth opportunities, and ensuring best-in-class execution across retailer and marketplace platforms.

Key Responsibilitie

sE-commerce Strategy & Plannin

  • gSupport the development and execution of regional e-commerce strategies aligned with commercial and marketing objectives
  • .Build and manage e-commerce plans, promotional calendars, and growth initiatives across key retailers and marketplaces
  • .Collaborate with media, CRM, and brand teams to ensure integrated planning and execution of digital commerce initiatives
  • .Identify opportunities to improve customer acquisition, conversion, and retention

.Digital Shelf & Marketplace Managemen

  • tOptimize product content, assortment, pricing, availability, and visibility across retailer platforms
  • .Ensure best-in-class digital shelf execution and online merchandising standards
  • .Monitor retailer compliance and identify opportunities to improve share of search and category visibility
  • .Manage relationships and day-to-day operations with key e-commerce partners

.Performance Analysis & Reportin

  • gTrack and analyze key KPIs including sales, traffic, conversion rates, ROAS, share of search, product visibility, and category performance
  • .Develop regular performance reports and provide actionable insights to stakeholders
  • .Analyze consumer behavior, competitor activity, and market trends to inform business decisions
  • .Monitor campaign performance and recommend optimization opportunities

  • nPartner with Supply Chain and Commercial teams to ensure product availability and inventory health
  • .Collaborate with Planning and Media teams to align e-commerce initiatives with broader marketing and business strategies
  • .Support forecasting, promotional planning, and business reviews with retailers and marketplaces

Qualifications & Experien

  • ce+4 years of experience in E-commerce, Digital Marketing, Digital Commerce, or related field
  • s.Experience managing retailer platforms, marketplaces, or e-commerce channel
  • s.Strong analytical and data-driven mindset with experience working with performance metrics and business KPI
  • s.Knowledge of digital shelf optimization, online merchandising, SEO, and e-commerce best practice
  • s.Experience supporting commercial planning, promotional planning, or media planning initiative
  • s.Excellent project management, organization, and stakeholder management skill
  • s.Strong communication and presentation skill
  • s.Advanced Excel and reporting capabilities are highly desirabl
