About the Job:

Sogeti, part of Capgemini, is seeking an experienced Microsoft 365 Migrator / Messaging Consultant to join our Infrastructure and Cloud Services practice. In this client-facing consulting role, you will lead and deliver enterprise Microsoft 365 migration projects, helping organizations modernize their collaboration, messaging, and identity platforms. The ideal candidate brings deep technical expertise across Exchange, Active Directory, Microsoft 365, and migration technologies, combined with strong consulting, troubleshooting, and stakeholder management skills.

What You Will Do at Sogeti:

  • Lead the planning, design, and execution of Microsoft 365 migration projects, including Exchange Online, Exchange 2019/SE, hybrid, and tenant-to-tenant migration scenarios.
  • Assess and remediate Active Directory, Azure AD, and Microsoft 365 environments to ensure migration readiness and successful deployment outcomes.
  • Configure and administer Microsoft 365 tenants, including Exchange Online, identity services, and core Microsoft 365 workloads.
  • Develop and maintain PowerShell automation scripts to streamline migration activities, reporting, validation, and operational tasks.
  • Utilize Microsoft-native migration tools and third-party solutions such as BitTitan, Quest, and ShareGate to deliver efficient and low-risk migrations.
  • Collaborate with project managers, client stakeholders, and technical teams to manage project timelines, resolve complex technical issues, and ensure successful delivery.
  • Produce technical documentation, migration runbooks, assessments, and post-migration recommendations while serving as a trusted advisor to clients.

What You Will Bring:

  • 5+ years of experience designing and executing Microsoft 365, Exchange Online, hybrid, and tenant-to-tenant migration projects within enterprise environments.
  • Strong expertise with Microsoft Exchange (Exchange Online, Exchange 2019, Exchange SE), Active Directory, Azure AD, and Microsoft 365 tenant administration.
  • Hands-on experience with migration tools including Microsoft-native tools, BitTitan MigrationWiz, Quest, ShareGate, or similar platforms.
  • Advanced PowerShell scripting experience for automation, migration management, reporting, and troubleshooting.
  • Excellent consulting, customer-facing communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills.

Education:

  • Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field preferred.

Capgemini discloses salary range information in compliance with state and local pay transparency obligations. The disclosed range represents the lowest to highest salary we, in good faith, believe we would pay for this role at the time of this posting, although we may ultimately pay more or less than the disclosed range, and the range may be modified in the future. The disclosed range takes into account the wide range of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions including, but not limited to, geographic location, relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, performance, sales or revenue-based metrics, and business or organizational needs. At Capgemini, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range for their role. The base salary range for the tagged location is $105,000 - $140,000.

This role may be eligible for other compensation including variable compensation, bonus, or commission. Full time regular employees are eligible for paid time off, medical/dental/vision insurance, 401(k), and any other benefits to eligible employees.
