What We Are Looking For (Requirements):
📞 Outbound & Lead Generation
- High-Volume Cold Calling: Execute outbound calling campaigns using advanced dialer software to prospect new leads.
- Appointment Scheduling: Set high-quality appointments and manage team calendars seamlessly.
- Multi-Channel Outreach: Conduct targeted follow-ups via email and SMS outreach.
- Cross-Selling & Follow-Up: Re-engage past leads and identify cross-selling opportunities to maximize revenue.
📁 Operations & Data Management
- CRM & Database Management: Keep our CRM meticulously updated, ensuring clean data entry, accurate lead tagging, and organized lists.
- Insurance Quoting Support: Assist with the preliminary insurance quoting process to streamline the sales pipeline.
- Inbox & Calendar Control: Manage daily email correspondence and ensure no meeting or follow-up slips through the cracks.
The Must-Haves (Mandatory):
- Proven Cold Calling Experience: A track record in high-volume outbound calling and telemarketing.
- Rejection Resilience: A thick skin, a positive attitude, and the ability to stay motivated despite cold market rejection.
- Exceptional Communication: Fluent written and spoken English with a professional, persuasive phone presence.
- Tech-Savviness: Proficiency in the following software is required:
- CRM Systems (HubSpot, Salesforce, GoHighLevel, or similar)
- Dialer Software (Mojo, RingCentral, XenCall, etc.)
- Google Workspace (Gmail, Calendar, Drive, Sheets)
- Microsoft Office (Excel, Word)
Compensation & Benefits
