Discovery Dunes Golf Club is looking for a passionate and driven F&B Team Leader to join our Food & Beverage team.

This is an exciting opportunity for a hospitality professional who thrives in a luxury environment and enjoys leading from the floor. As a Team Leader, you will play a key role in creating memorable member experiences while supporting the day-to-day operation of our dining venues and on-course hospitality outlets.

About the Role

As an F&B Team Leader, you will be responsible for leading daily floor operations, coordinating service between the kitchen, bar, and front-of-house teams, and ensuring every member interaction reflects the exceptional standards of Discovery Dunes Golf Club.

Responsibilities:

• Lead daily service operations and support seamless communication between service, kitchen, and bar teams.
• Deliver exceptional hospitality and ensure members receive personalized, attentive service.
• Support onboarding, training, and ongoing development of team members.
• Monitor service quality, order accuracy, and member satisfaction.
• Ensure compliance with operational procedures, hygiene standards, and food safety requirements.
• Support inventory control, stock management, and operational readiness.
• Maintain the highest presentation standards across dining venues and comfort stations.
• Foster a positive, collaborative, and service-driven team culture.

What Skills & Qualifications Are Required:

• 2–3 years of experience in a luxury restaurant, resort, hotel, golf club, or private members' club.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Excellent food and beverage knowledge.
• Passion for hospitality and creating exceptional guest experiences.
• Knowledge of HACCP and food safety standards.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
• Flexible to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required.
