Job Overview

Plombon Insurance is seeking a Network IT Intern to support our IT department. This internship provides an opportunity for individuals with a strong interest in network technologies and IT to gain hands-on experience in a dynamic and fast-paced environment. The Network IT Intern will work closely with our IT team to ensure the stability and security of our network infrastructure.

Client Service Specialist – Key Responsibilities

• Assist in the installation, configuration, and maintenance of network hardware and software components.
• Support network troubleshooting and problem-solving to ensure network availability and reliability.
• Assist in monitoring network performance and ensuring network security.
• Collaborate with the IT team to implement network upgrades and improvements.
• Assist with documenting network configurations and procedures.
• Provide general IT support, including helping end-users with basic technical issues.
• Collaborate with team members on special IT projects and tasks as needed.

Qualifications

• Currently enrolled in or recently graduated from a relevant IT or networking program.
• Strong interest in networking and IT technologies.
• Basic knowledge of network protocols, including TCP/IP and DNS.
• Familiarity with network hardware and software (e.g., routers, switches, firewalls).
• Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• Eagerness to learn and adapt to new technologies.
• Basic knowledge of Windows and Linux operating systems is a plus.
