Diploma Engineer Trainee (2-year traineeship period with a monthly stipend)
Service Executives must fulfill the queries/Complaints from customers for various reasons- take orders, answer inquiries, resolve complaints and supply information and reports to the management through proper channel.

Job Description
Should handle service and application of Coordinate Measuring Machines (CMMs) and other measurement instruments
Must attend the calls related to Breakdown and also look into the service of machines during the warranty period.
Conduct onsite training sessions for customers on the usage, operation, and maintenance of ZEISS products and solutions in the field of metrology
Attracts potential customers by answering product and service questions; suggesting information about other products and services.
Analyze measurement data to identify areas for improvement in quality and efficiency
Opens customer accounts by recording account information.
Maintains customer records by updating account information.
Recommends potential products or services to management by collecting customer information and analyzing customer needs.
Prepares product or service reports by collecting and analyzing customer information.
Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
Candidate Requirements
Must have a Diploma in Mechatronics, Electrical or Instrumentation.
Should be adaptable, and capable of handling non-standard projects.
Must have an in depth knowledge of electronic circuits.
Should be inclined to learn metrology related data
Must have thorough knowledge of MS Office.
Should have good communication skills
