CAMILLA is on the hunt to find an experienced Accounts Payable Officer to join the Finance Tribe.

With rapid expansion into international markets, CAMILLA is on a mission to 'Colour the World'! As we continue our growth in the US, EU, and Australian markets, we are seeking an Accounts Payable Officer to ensure the smooth and efficient processing of our financial operations. The ideal candidate will manage the end-to-end accounts payable function, including invoice processing, reconciliation, and payments. This role is pivotal in maintaining strong vendor relationships and supporting the financial health of our fast-growing global brand.

What our Accounts Payable Officer will be doing:

  • Process invoices – set up, capture, match / verify, review
  • Track expenses and process expense reports
  • Obtain authorisation for payments with CFO & Tribe Leaders
  • Prepare and process electronic transfers and payments
  • Process international supplier payments, predominantly production invoices
  • Investigate, resolve and respond to invoice discrepancies and issues
  • Reconcile corporate Credit Cards and arrange balance top-ups
  • Assist Finance Manager with month end close
  • Ensure supplier information is updated in the accounting system in a timely and accurate manner
  • Reconcile supplier statements and maintain records of supplier advance payments
  • Petty Cash reconciliation
  • Amortisation of expenses review & posting of journals
  • Provide accurate supporting documentation for audits

What we are ideally looking for in our Accounts Payable Officer:

  • Relevant tertiary education necessary
  • Minimum 1-2 years’ experience in a similar role
  • Great interpersonal communication skills – listening, asking questions etc
  • Business level English
  • Proficient in MS Excel and Word
  • Problem solving and decision making
  • High attention to detail
  • NetSuite ERP and/or Retail industry experience highly desirable
