Python Technical Lead – DevOps (CCaaS & Cloud Solutions)

About the Role
We are looking for a highly skilled Python Technical Lead – DevOps with strong expertise in cloud technologies, DevOps practices, and conversational AI/customer experience platforms. The ideal candidate will drive the design and development of scalable, secure, and high-performing cloud-based solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and deploy scalable applications using Python and Java on cloud platforms (preferably GCP)
- Build and implement CCaaS (Contact Center as a Service) and IVA (Intelligent Virtual Assistant) solutions
- Develop conversational AI systems including IVR design, NLP/NLU modeling, intent orchestration, and webhook integrations
- Architect and manage cloud infrastructure using services like:
- GKE, Cloud Run, Cloud Functions, Pub/Sub, Apigee, BigQuery
- Ensure secure and resilient systems using IAM, VPC design, encryption, multi-region deployment, and Terraform (IaC)
- Implement contact center capabilities such as:
- ACD, skills-based routing, omnichannel support, and campaign management
- Lead integrations and migrations using CCaaS APIs, CRM/CTI integrations, SIP/WebRTC, and telephony solutions
- Build and maintain CI/CD pipelines using tools like Jenkins, Maven, Git
- Design and develop APIs and microservices architectures (Spring Boot / Vert.x)
- Work closely with Agile teams to ensure efficient delivery and continuous improvement
- Monitor system performance and ensure observability and optimization
Required Skills & Experience
- 4+ years of hands-on experience in software development
- Strong proficiency in Python and Java
- Experience with Google Cloud Platform (GCP) or other cloud providers (AWS is a plus)
- Expertise in DevOps, CI/CD pipelines, and version control systems (GitHub/GitLab/Bitbucket)
- Hands-on experience with Kafka, SQL, RDBMS, or NoSQL databases
- Strong understanding of:
- Data structures, algorithms, and design patterns
- Microservices architecture and API development
- Cloud security, OAuth, and encryption
- Unix/Linux environments and web technologies (HTTP, Apache)
