Salary: £13 – £16 per hour (£25,350 – £31,200 per annum equivalent, based on a 37.5-hour week)

About the Opportunity

Vita CV is currently recruiting on behalf of our client, a UK business strengthening its email marketing programme. We are looking to appoint an Email Marketing Assistant on a part-time, fully remote basis. This is suited to candidates with prior email marketing exposure who want to develop within a structured, performance-focused team.

About the Role

The Email Marketing Assistant will support the planning, building, and reporting of email campaigns, helping the team deliver well-targeted, well-tested email content to engaged audiences.

Key Responsibilities

• Build and schedule email campaigns within the client's email platform
• Help segment audience lists for targeted campaigns
• Proof and test emails for accuracy, deliverability, and rendering
• Track and report on email performance metrics (open, click, conversion)
• Support A/B testing of subject lines, content, and send times
• Maintain organised campaign records and reusable templates
• Coordinate with copywriters and designers on email assets

What We're Looking For

• Some prior experience or qualification in email marketing or a related field
• Strong written communication skills in English
• Good attention to detail, especially around proofing and testing
• Comfortable using Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and cloud platforms
• Ability to work accurately within structured campaign processes
• Self-motivated and reliable in a remote environment
• A stable home internet connection and a quiet workspace

Desirable (Nice to Have)

• Exposure to platforms such as Mailchimp, Klaviyo, HubSpot, or ActiveCampaign
• Basic understanding of email deliverability and HTML structure
