Responsibilities

  • From check-in to check-out—including room changes and billing—everything is in your hands
  • You work with your team to ensure that departmental goals are met
  • You handle guest complaints with ease
  • You support and guide our trainees during your shift

Qualifications

What we expect from you

  • You are passionate about your work and enjoy interacting with guests and colleagues
  • You are motivated by and enjoy taking on new situations and challenges
  • You are a go-getter and approach each day with a proactive attitude
  • Your professionalism, flexibility, and empathy are a major asset to the team
  • You have good German and English language skills
  • Not a requirement, but we’d be delighted if you occasionally show interest in and support our social projects (e.g., volunteering at social institutions, donating goods, etc., or even just mentoring newcomers)
