The Role
Due to continued growth, we’re looking for a Block Property Manager to oversee a diverse portfolio. You’ll be the main point of contact for tenants and landlords, ensuring properties are well-maintained, inspected and compliant, at the same time delivering a high standard of customer service.
Key responsibilities
• Manage day-to-day operations across a portfolio of different sized Blocks
• Handle tenant enquiries, site visits, inspections and onboarding
• Coordinate maintenance, repairs, and contractor relationships
• Conduct regular property inspections and ensure compliance with relevant regulations
• Prepare reports for Associations and support long-term asset management and planning.
What we’re looking for
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills
• Experience in property management, but not essential
• Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail
• Ability to handle multiple priorities and work independently
• Knowledge of local housing regulations and best practices

Working Hours
