Forte Group is looking for a talented Travel Manager to join our team with expertise in personalized corporate travel needs and optimal cost-saving strategies.

Job duties include coordination of travel needs for company employees and booking of hotel, flight, and car rentals, and preparation of itineraries, assistance with visa processing and other travel-related documentation, ensuring that travel needs are met within the constraints of the company travel budget.

Responsibility:

  • Receive and respond to incoming travel requests on behalf of the organization
  • Ensure recommended travel plans meet expectations for quality, accuracy, productivity and revenue
  • To arrange hotel booking and airport transfers
  • Verify and process travel tickets & hotel invoices for payments
  • Perform data-entry, recording, and filing duties
  • Maintain a proper and user-friendly filing and document control system for recording and tracking of all documents for the department
  • Maintain travel profile and preferences database
  • Maintain highly sensitive and confidential information
  • Serve as a point of contact for all visa and immigration cases in the company
  • Oversee all aspects of the visa process, ensuring that it runs smoothly
  • Perform visa and immigration assessments for the company’s employees
  • Prepare and check all legal documentation
  • Prepare visa, travel, and employment verification letters on an ongoing basis
  • Maintain correspondence with the US and European countries' Embassies, United States Citizenship and Immigration Services, and the US Department of Labor on behalf of the company or employees
  • Assist with submission of applications as well as the following supporting documents for the Green Card and Visa process
  • Analyze individual cases and explain all the options for which the candidate may be eligible
  • Maintain and provide constant updates on employment and immigration law for foreign individuals to Ukraine, Poland, the USA, and other European countries
  • Ensure that all the information provided by the candidate is accurate and correct
  • Stay current on any changes to the immigration procedure to the United States of America

Requirements:

  • Prior experience in handling visa applications and travel bookings
  • Organizational skills, ability to multitask, and prioritize
  • Great attention to details is essential
  • Effective time-management skills with the ability to meet tight deadlines
  • Excellent written and verbal English communication
  • Knowledge of visa and immigration procedures is a huge plus
